BillNgai is a local-first app: all of your documents, clients and business data are stored only on your Mac. We operate no servers that store user data, require no account, and include no analytics, tracking, or advertising.

If you enable Workspace Sync (a Pro feature), data syncs directly between your Mac and your own Google Drive using the narrow drive.file scope (the app can only see files it created). Sign-in tokens are stored in the macOS Keychain on your device. You can disconnect in-app or revoke access in your Google Account at any time. Google's handling of your Drive data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Client details you enter (names, addresses, tax IDs) remain on your device under your control. You are the data controller; we have no access.
